Each claim demands accurate liability determination, thorough damage assessment, and clear communication with insureds, claimants, repair facilities, and legal counsel when subrogation opportunities arise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This role sits within our Southwest regional claims office and reports to the Claims Supervisor. You will use our proprietary estimating platform alongside CCC ONE and Mitchell to prepare repair estimates and total-loss valuations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50)\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\">Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct recorded statements and coverage analyses within 24 hours of assignment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspect damaged vehicles in-person and via photo-based remote assessment tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Negotiate fair settlements with body shops, rental agencies, and claimant attorneys<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and pursue subrogation recoveries to reduce net incurred losses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain diary compliance and documentation standards across all file activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\">What We Look For<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Two to four years handling personal auto claims with a Texas all-lines adjuster license. Familiarity with comparative negligence principles and the Texas Department of Insurance complaint process is essential.
